New memberships purchased before the end of 2026 will be extended through December 2027—giving you more than a full year to connect, collaborate, and engage with affordable housing leaders and partners across the San Joaquin Valley.
Your membership helps support our work to bring our affordable housing community together, share knowledge and resources, and strengthen the collective voice for our industry throughout the region.

Collaborative members can receive free consultation on resource and funding opportunities including referrals to other organizations.
Access to exclusive Member-only briefings, in-depth e-blasts, and a digital library of trainings and summit workshops.
Members will be listed with a brief description of their organization on the SJVHC membership website.
Members will be supporting the important work of the Collaborative to pursue additional state and philanthropic resources for affordable housing and community development.
Eligibility to serve on the Collaborative board of directors with some of the premier affordable housing developers and advocates in the San Joaquin Valley.
