Join the SJVHC Community

SJVHC is a membership based organization. We have organizational and individual membership tiers. The goal of the membership program is to increase ownership, impact, and resources for the organization.

The goal of the membership program is to increase ownership, impact, and resources for the organization.

  • We are the only affordable housing and community development collaborative organization serving the San Joaquin Valley from Stockton to Bakersfield.
  • We are a leading source of information, technical assistance, training, and resource development for the diverse stakeholders in the Valley.
  • We represent the voices of the San Joaquin Valley including farmworkers, families struggling with homelessness and the affordable housing and community development industry.
  • We bring together key affordable housing networks through our Annual Housing Summit, Webinars targeted to non-profit developers and co-sponsoring other forums.
  • We bring people together and share timely information on funding, innovative programs, employment opportunities, and much more.
  • We promote affordable housing and community development interests to ensure that the San Joaquin Valley has access to additional resources.

Membership Benefits

Collaborative members can receive free consultation on resource and funding opportunities including referrals to other organizations.

Access to exclusive Member-only briefings, in-depth e-blasts, and a digital library of trainings and summit workshops.

Members will be listed with a brief description of their organization on the SJVHC membership website.

Members will be supporting the important work of the Collaborative to pursue additional state and philanthropic resources for affordable housing and community development.

Eligibility to serve on the Collaborative board of directors with some of the premier affordable housing developers and advocates in the San Joaquin Valley.

Reduced registration fees for trainings and the annual summit. 

Supporting a growing organization that can make a significant impact on improving the affordable housing ecosystem.
